Yesterday I went for a MDAS school talk at Damai Sec with Sherena. I admit that I felt tense even though this is the 2nd time giving a presentation to students. Maybe cause of my pressure sore pain on Sunday and Monday was sapping away my energy to focus on the preparation work for Tuesday talk.
But I was utterly surprised when Sherena said that my flow very good like 'Bei Shu'. I was "Huh are you sure about it." But I am still monotone in my speech HAIZ must get rid of this problem, if not I cant improve myself. The school environment always give me a feeling that I got to be serious and cant joke during my presentation.
However Sherena said that humour will keep your audience attention as they will not feel bored. In order to attain humour I must relax myself.
She also taught me some ways and exercises to maintain my condition. They are very useful, so I must put in the efforts to do so. I want to be independent as much as possible.
I will take your advice THANKS A MILLION TIMES.
